Beef and Broccoli is the PERFECT combo of tender beef and fresh broccoli made with a delicious sauce, that’s full rich flavors. This dish is very easy to make and in just one pot!

This recipe has been on rotation for a couple of years and I make it at least twice a month. Because it’s of course absolutely delicious, but mainly because you can easily throw it together on any given weeknight. It’s got everything you need – beef for protein, onions and garlic for flavor and a healthy dose of broccoli.

The ingredients for this recipe placed on a white counter.

I’m using sirloin steak for this recipe, but any other kind of thin steak would work great as well. Tossing it in a little cornstarch will help give it more of a luxurious and crispy feel. It then gets browned in a hot skillet and after just a few minutes, transferred out to continue cooking the rest.
