Ingredients

– Can of chickpeas – Tahini – Fresh lemon juice – Chicken broth – Garlic powder – Kosher salt – Fresh ground black pepper – Celery & scallions - Vegan mayonnaise - Slices of multi-grain bread

In a large bowl, add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, kosher salt & pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
