Equipment

  • air fryer
  • tongs

Ingredients

  • 5 Johnsonville Brats

Instructions

  • Air fry the brats. Place the brats onto the air fry tray. Set the air fryer to 360°F and let it preheat (takes about 2 minutes). Cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Serve. Serve on brat buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Preheat your air fryer before cooking so they'll cook more evenly and the outside won't burn.
  • If your air fryer doesn't come with a basket, you can use aluminum foil to create a basket shape under the brats. This will help if your air fryer trays have large grates, or just to prevent drips for falling into the bottom of your air fryer. Use non-stick foil or give it a light spray first.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer. Leave a little room around your brats. Cook the in batches if necessary.
  • If the casings of the brats burst during cooking, don't worry. They're still delicious to eat.
